About Suzanne
I’ve always been interested in how things work—what motivates people, what shapes decisions, what helps an organization move forward. For more than a decade, I’ve worked across communications and operations roles to help companies navigate growth, change, and the unexpected.
I started my career in government and electoral politics, managing high-stakes communications during national crises and mid-term and presidential election cycles. From there, I moved into corporate communications, helping to shape the reputations of emerging and market-leading companies across the technology, consumer, and investor sectors. Over time, I became increasingly curious about the decisions that shaped those communications moments—and how structure, culture, and leadership influence the story a company ends up telling. That curiosity led me into operations, where I’ve built teams, designed systems, and helped scale a business from the inside out.
In every role I’ve had, the constant has been a thoughtful, strategic, and long-term approach to solving challenges. I love helping leaders connect the dots—between people and priorities, narrative and strategy, what’s working now and what’s possible next.
Outside of work, I’m happiest near the beach or in the mountains, exploring with my husband and two young sons. I love cooking and getting lost in new recipes—especially when there’s a chance to feed a full table of family or friends.
